I really didn’t like the fact that he spent around 15 minutes (half session!) to show how he deals with his FB fans, comments, how he accepts or ignore other FB requests…really?! I didn’t find it useful or related to the subject in matter at all and too bad the moderator didn’t stop him earlier. The other half was OK content wise though.
