Riccardo’s case is very interesting for those who want to understand what are the critical points related to processes automation in creating and managing complex e-commerce related campaigns. Lacking, however, in my view, of detailed deepening on how to achieve materially the results obtained.
It ‘s definitely recommended for anyone who has to deal with shop “monsters” with thousands of products and want to understand the possible alternatives to “doing everything by hand” approach and “automating everything”.
